Needle Roller Bearing
Needle roller bearing have a high load carrying capacity in addition to their low cross-section and stiffness .
They are especially suitable for bearing arrangements where redial space is limited. Because needle roller bearings only carry pure radial and can not limit the axial displacement of shaft relative to the housing .
It is important to ensure that inner ring axis and outer ring axis must be aligned during mounting the bearing.
The needle rollers and cage assembly components are the bearing’s independent elements (units). The needle rollers are guided by the cages. The bearing without the (inner and outer) rings, small radial (cross)section , large capacity of heavy load, suitable for the braced framing ( support structure) in which the radial installation size will be limited.
