Product Description

 The newly designed auto-feeder is equipped with  a induction motor assembly, a synchronous motor, a **4 stainless steel support, charge-in &discharge  feed device, a programmable logic controller, a HDPE storage container. It is widely used in aquaculture industry. The auto-feeder has lots of advantages such as simple in operation,uniformity in throwing,simulate artificial throw in timing and fixed quantity. It has great significance to scientific aquaculture, relieving the intense of labor, increasing utilization of feed.

4 Set the PLC

 2. Set the time

Have the time set, then press 1&2 simultaneously to confirm.

Pressto reduce the feed, pressto increase the feed.

4. Set the running units

E.g. the screen shows , means 1 set;  the screen shows 4,  means 2 sets; the screen show 6,  means 3 sets;  the screen shows 8,  means 4;  the screen shows *0,  means 5;  the screen shows *2,  means 6; the screen shows *4,  means 7;  the screen shows *6,  means 8.

   Press  at the same time, dot B light on, means pellet feed; dot B light off means powder feed.

6. Set the working warning tone

                     Dot A light off, no warning tone.

7. Press OFF to rest the auto-feeder; it will repeat previous setting when Press ON next time.

If feed the shrimp **0kg feeds in 1 day, running *5 hours in 1 day from 6a.m. to 9 p.m., the running interval is 5 minutes, throwing a round then rest 5mins.

5 mins can throw **0g,**0 times,The least throwing feed every time is *0g. There will be at most ***0 running cycle without rest
