Automatic high speed cage loading machine for beverage sterilization

This machine mainly applies to every kind of canned drink or tins. It will load the cans automatically prior to the second sterilization. First the machine loads the bulked and packed full cans into the sterilization cage layer by layer upwards, through the leveling block of chain net can-receiving and can-sorting device. Then transmit the cans to the sterilizer to be sterilized through the transmission system of electric trolley cycle track. In the whole loading process, the interlayer board comes out and goes up automatically, the sorting , loading, dropping and stopping are all automatic. The machine taking the place of manually loading method, can save manpower and increase the production effect greatly.
