The KST-RA*0 uses a swing-arm design and feeds parts through a vibratory bowl, with an automatic hopper to add more parts. The vibratory bowl adjusts the parts into the correct position, then moves them to a linear vibrating track. A robotic arm picks and places the parts, and the tape-and-reel system automatically completes the process. Extra vision inspection can be added based on product needs, such as appearance, size, shape, characters, defects, and surface flatness, etc.
