Automatic tension controller,US**0MTA,is a new generation wrapping and unwinding
constant tension controller.

Control Principle:
SH-TD type tension sensor drive roller generates material voltage signals to US**0 MTA through a pair of installed in the drive rollers,collect signal will be quick logic compared,calculus calculation and analog circuits processing though LSI circuit by the controller,then it will output a pulse signal or analog signal to drive the executive component of CDBRs(eg.magnetic powder brake/clutch,frequency converter,servo motor torque,torque controller,etc.) on,off and speed shifting though amplifying circuit,thus to keep the material(film,paper,etc.) wrapping and unwinding at a constant tension state in the automatic control systems.

9.Working station control:Double working station can be chosen.Shifting process is stable and smooth,the conversion time is *0 seconds.
