Two or Three Color blown film line a lot of new technique and technology such as Dual or Three Extruder and Spiral type stationery die head, dual-lip cooling ring, bubble stabilizing device, Height adjustable take off unit, corona treatment station, central-guide friction and central winder, anti-slip embossing, adjustable edge-folding and forming. The line adopts automatic microcomputer control, equipped with colorful touch screen, integrated with HMI developed by ourselves, to accomplish most of line operation and control, and achieve functions such as on-line help, production record, on-line inspection, safety protection and startup protection. Mono layer line extruding suitable material: LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE etc.
