1. Delivery Picking Cart:
Delivery Picking Cart provides an efficient means for moving parts
or boxes from one manufacturing station to another, while in
warehousing operations it is an optimal solution for order picking
or kitting, promoting lean workplace procedures.
The cart can be constructed in various colors to distinguish by
department or enhance appearance. Carts can also be built using
static protective ESD joints and pipes for conveyance of sensitive
electronics.
2. Kitting Carts:
Kitting Carts are ideal for warehouses, automotive, aerospace and
industries where kitting is beneficial. It provides ample
shelving space, large part suspension, tool holders, and a host
of available accessories to help transport, organize, store and
safeguard components.
Cart capacities range from **0 to ***0 lb. and shelves are easily
adjustable. Large diameter casters provide excellent
maneuverability. Wide selection of pipe colors allows
customization by department for easier identification.
3. Dunnage Carts:
Compartmented Dunnage Carts/Racks help to prevent part-to-part
contact, strategically group parts for kit assemblies, present
parts in sequential order to match assembly requirements, and
provide quick visual identification of inventory levels to
maintain continuous material flow.
Their performance is achieved by being economically and easily
tailored for virtually any application and can incorporate
numerous features to help maximize handling and operational
performance. Doors can be used to assure product retention or,
with locks, to secure valuable components.
Depending upon the application needs for strength and levels of
protection, the dunnage may be constructed from fabric and foam
for its cushioning affect, or plastics for durability and
cleaning, or from coated or uncoated corrugated materials. The
dunnage design may also accommodate ergonomic loading and
offloading from either side of the unit. Because the carts are
built using the HAYATA System they offer many construction
options of the frame and castors.
To assist in error-proofing operations, HAYATA provides pipe and
tube sections in a wide variety of colors that can be used to
help visually distinguish parts for different models, lot
sequences, line association or for indicating left side/right
side part profiles.
4. Cantilevered Arm Cart:
Cantilevered Arm Cart provides a versatile, cost-effective and
ergonomic solution to many parts storage, transport and
presentation challenges. It features two levels of sturdy
cantilevered arms that can be used as shelves to support long
parts. And for parts that feature large internal openings, the
arms extend through those openings for secure transport. By
handling the part directly there is no packaging to deal with,
which improves operator efficiency and reduces waste.
