Honed tube (Roughness of tube is 0.2μm and straightness is less than 0.*5/***0), piston rod (Plating thickness is *****0 micron. Surface roughness is 0.2μm and straightness is also less than 0.*5/***0)

5. Product details are completely according to International Standard, chrome rod and honed tube must be cut flatly, and no chrome marks on the surface of rod. (Most of domestic mills don’t do this in order to reduce cost)

6. Delivery time is very fast. The average delivery time is ***0 days after confirming the orders. Production output for honed tubes is about **0tons per month and **0tons for chrome bars per month.

7. Package: our packages are safer than others’ supplier in China. Packing for rod normally we choose is cardboard that film attached inside, which does not only prevent rods from scratch but also from oil rusting. Tubes are made with caps at both end and painted oil on inside and outside surface. For full container, extra package like parcel at outside will be used.

8. Each product will do full test (include chemical, mechanical, tolerance, roughness, chrome plate thickness, hardness, salt spray, etc). All the test report will be kept 5 years. We will make the Mill test certificate to customer if they need.
