It is used to peel off the shell, remove the core from the fruits and produce clean Lychee and longan juice. It can be widely used in the downstream processing of lychee juice and fruit wine. The quality of the finished products is stable and can be up to the Chinese hygienic standard for foods.

Working Principles of Large Scale Automatic Lychee/Litchi Fruit Pulp Process Machine:

Lychee gets into skinning device from hopper.
The skins are teared under the action of presser belt and a pair of silicone rollers.
Then the skins fall into conveying equipment.
The smooth pulp of litchi gets into aggregating tank for the next process.
