1, the seller design and manufacture the whole machines according to the direction m ap provided by the buyer for machines outline, rolling procedure, the pipe- making tools(plug, reject- rod, guide plate, steel bald etc.) should be prepared by the buyer.
2, the seller will provide task book of the machines within 2 month after contract
signed, the seller must provide machines installation drawing, drawings of spare
parts which easy to be broken or exchange regularly and the drawings of lubrication, instruction book, warranty book, packing list etc.
3, the seller will be responsible for technical instruction of installation.
4, the buyer must provide accommodation and transportation charge for the technical engineers while doing the installation and back.
