Tubular Heat Exchanger (UHT) Seriesis applied in producing liquid
foods with a wide range of viscosity, it is suitable for the lquid
food with fiber or grains. The capacity of our plant is 1~30t/h,
the special temperture of sterlizer is 90~140Centigrade. It can be
connected with any filling machine (aseptic or another type). The
control component contains: touch screen, steam reducing valve,
steam control valve, by-pass valve, pressure maintaining
valve,material pump, and not water pump.
Full Auto Contro Devices: Equiped with modern PLCto control whole
line production by setting valve. with self-CIP function.
Semi Auto Control Devices: The running operation is controlled by
semi auto devices.User can control pump and reflux function by
control screen.Sterlizing temperature is adjusted by temperature
controler and indicated in recorder.
Application: Dairy, fruit juice, tea drink, soybean milk, milk
beverages.
Use electric as healthy supply for small capacity production.
