Application:
FW in-flow pressure screen is modern advanced international pulp screening equipment. The series of the product assimilate and absorb overseas technology, combined with practice in domestic running, and is a brand-new in-flow pulp screen machine. It applies to waste paper and wood pulp screen and optimal screening, and it is used for selectness of pulp in front of paper machine. The machine includes round-hole screen cylinder and long seam screen cylinder, users can choose by themselves. The nozzle orientation of screen body can be rotated within **0°,it also can be provided according to users requirements.
Working principle
Pulp enters from top of screen, into internal screen in the direction of tangent, and turns inside screen cylinder, because rotation of screen cylinder***9;s outer rotor on the inflow pulp side makes circumfluence of pulp accelerate, When pulp goes into screen cylinder by way of sieve plate caused by centripetal force, heavy impurity ,influenced by centrifugal force, moves in the opposite direction, so to separate from fiber, whereas heavy impurity moves downwards along with screen drum wall to taphole to discharge, fine pulp flows downwards inside screen cylinder to discharge from the bottom end of screen cylinder.
Traits of equipment
Screen cylinder of in-flow pressure screen wears and tears less than that of out-flow screen; it is difficult to be blocked, and has large through-put capacity; stock flow is steady, and screening rate is high, putting it in front of wire can improve running efficiency of paper machine. As for same screening area, equipped motor power of in-flow screen is lower than that of out-flow screen, and it is also energy-saving.
Structure characteristics
As shown in structure drawing, it consists of top head, top housing, bottom housing, screen cylinder, rotor wing, transmission part, and lower block. Parts contacting sizing agent all adopts SS materials.
Pressure screen is vertical structure, cylindrical shell; on the top is installed knock-down lid; necessary connection flange receiving plate is installed on top and bottom housing. Screen body and motor are fixed on the lower block by bolts. In the housing is installed outer-corrugated round screen cylinder; anticlockwise rotating rotor is installed outside of screen cylinder; airproof of screen adopts internal recycling cooling, double-layer sealing methods*7;mechanical &rubber sealing.
Bearing lubrication is respectively installed oil inlet and over flow oil pipe, so to guarantee lubrication and lessen pollution.
1. Top head:
Top head is SS steel spherical seal head, which is fixed tightly on top of shell by bolts. Open top housing to replace screen cylinder. In the centre is installed 2inch vent-pipe valve tie-in so as to discharge air and tailings during using course.
2. Top housing:
Top housing is main body of the machine and it is welded from SS plates. In the bottom is sullage pipe; on the upper part is inlet pipe. All nozzles are connected by flange, on mouth of inlet pipe is installed diaphragm manometer, connect with bottom housing by way of bolt, and it is also installed lifting device to lift top head and open it, so it is easy to flush, replace screen cylinder and maintain transmission device, etc.
3. Bottom housing:
It is made of being welded by SS plate. On one side is fine pulp outlet, on outlet pipe orifice is installed diaphragm manometer. Connecting with top housing by bolts, bottom housing is fixed on lower block and it can rotate freely.
4. Screen cylinder:
It is made of imported SS, and has cellular type, seam type and bar type. Surface is electrochemical polishing and coated with hard chrome.
5. Rotor:
It consists of active disc, strengthening ring and rotor blade, and it is the key part of the machine. Main shaft drives rotor to rotate in high speed in screen cylinder.
6. Lower block:
It is made of being welded by common steel plate, and plays supporting role in whole machine. On the lower block is installed sealing water port and bearing lubricating pouring orifice.
7. Drive part:
It has motor, angle belt wheel, angle tape, main shaft, bearing, bearing housing, frame, mechanical sealing, etc. Motor drives main shaft by way of certain transmission.
Pipeline configuration
1. The height of inflow and outflow pulp lines is generally higher 0.8mm than stock inlet to guarantee that there is full of water inside pressure screen, in order to adjust efficiently screen.
2. Stock inlet and outlet orifice should be furnished with valves to control flow rate; meantime pressure sensing device or pressure gauge should be installed. Controlling valve should be installed on end of stock outlet line, namely ingress of fine stock tank.
3. Sullage pipe should be fixed on lower end of top housing; install flow rate control valve, opening of tailings orifice is determined by kind and quality of stock.
4. Vent-pipe: The pipe is fixed on top of top head to discharge inside air, where should be furnished with valve, and outbound connection is made by hose so as easily to lifting and rotation of top head, while it also can remove slag removal.
5. Cooling and lubricating pipe connection used for mechanical sealing and bearing lubrication is fixed on the side of machine body. Sealing water is clean water, it should have exclusive sealing water supply pipeline system, and it includes water pump filter, inverse valve, pressure gauge, flow gauge and valve.
