1. Using PictureTouch-TS1.1 Making a Simple Print Order1. To start printing photo, touch the ‘Start’ at the bottom right of the screen 2. Insert Memory Card / USB Drive / CD / DVD containing pictures or send via Bluetooth / Infrared. Alternatively, pictures can be loaded locally by touching the blue hard-disk icon at the top left of the screen (Admin password required for accessing local disk pictures)*Languages can be selected within this screen or the previous screen*3. Touch the folder you want to load and touch OK to proceed. To load all the images from your media, touch the ‘Select All’ button. 4. Pictures will be displayed in *8 per page. Touch on the ‘+’ button to select the picture you want to print, touch on it again to print more than one for the particular picture. If you wish to print everything, press on the ‘+’ button at the bottom right corner which indicates ‘ALL’ and then touch ‘DONE’ button to proceed.*For more information on this screen, please refer to section 1.3 Photo Selection *Page | 4 version 1.0.05. A summary of your selected pictures will be displayed. Upon confirmation, touch on the ‘CONFIRM’ button to proceed.*For more information on this screen, please refer to section 1.4 Order Confirmation *6. Select preferred type of finish (ProMatte or Glossy) and touch the ‘ORDER’ button. 7. Remove your media and make your payment at the counter, after which the operator will approve the order upon receiving the payment. 8. Wait for your pictures to be printed.Page | 5 version 1.0.01.2 Edit Photo: Introduction1. Touch on the picture you want to edit. 2. A preview of the selected picture will be shown with a number of useful editing tools. 3. To add a template, or to create split images, touch on the tab menu on top of the preview picture. 4. You can move, scale, and rotate your photo via the top right panel of the edit screen. 5. At the bottom of the screen, you can navigate your loaded pictures and select to preview them.Page | 6 version 1.0.01.2.1 Standard Features1. The standard editing tools comes with manual color adjustments, red eye correction, grayscale & sepia effects, stamping of icons, adding texts and drawing with brush. It comes along with an undo button at the bottom of this panel. 2. Manual Color – Red, Green, Blue, Brightness and Contrast are available for adjustment. Cross-button is to cancel changes and Tick-button is to apply changes. 3. Red Eye - Touch on the eye for correction, a preview of before and after effect will be showed on the right panel. Adjust the size of the correction if necessary. Similarly, the cross-button is to cancel changes and the tick-button is to apply changes. 4. Touching on the Grayscale / Sepia will immediately make changes to the picture. To revert, touch on the undo button.Grayscale effect Sepia effectPage | 7 version 1.0.04. Stamp – Select an icon from a wide range of choices, and stamp them on the picture wherever you like. Touch the undo button to remove the previous stamp and the tick-button to apply changes. 5. Text – Touch on textbox to launch a virtual keyboard for text input. Select desired font style, color and background. Touch on picture to locate the text. Apply to make changes. 6. Brush – Select desired color and brush size. Touch and drag on the picture to start drawing. 7. Touch on ‘SAVE’ button at the right top corner of the screen to save a copy of the same picture with the editing made onto it.* The edited picture will not replace your existing picture, but instead creates a new picture *Page | 8 version 1.0.01.2.2 Add Template1. Touch on the ‘TEMPLATE’ Tab. 2. A template layout will appear. 3. Touch on the template below to preview template overlaying the picture. A selection of template category is at the bottom of template selections. 4. Adjust your picture to fit into the blank area by using the translation buttons at the right top of the screen. 5. Touch ‘SAVE’ button to create the template picture.Page | 9 version 1.0.01.2.3 Create Split Images1. Touch on the ‘MULTIPLE’ Tab. 2. A different layout will appear. 3. Select on the type of desired split images.* eg. 2 in 1, 3 in 1, 4 in 1, Passport Size, Wallet Size, and etc*4. Scroll through and select by touching the picture you want to add into the blank tabs. A red border will appear upon selection. 5. Touch on any of the blank tabs to copy the picture into it. 6. If you wish to add another picture into other blank tabs, touch on another picture at the picture selection panel. 7. Similar as step*5, touch on any of the blank tabs to copy the picture into it. You will notice the red border is on the blank tab you recently touched. You can adjust this particular picture by using the adjustment panel at the right top.Page | *0 version 1.0.0 8. In case you wish to duplicate other picture, firstly you will need to unselect the current selected tab. *1. Select other tab, the first tab for instance. *2. Duplicate it to another tab. *3. Touch on the ‘SAVE’ button to create the split images with the desired pictures.ndblank tab, touch other tabs will make a duplicate copy of it.Page | *1 version 1.0.0 1.3 Photo Selectionor Exit the screen to the previous screen, pictures loaded will be removed The quantity of order selected The total images / pictures loaded from media To proceed with the selected order Indicates the current print size, touch the button next to it to show a list of available print sizes. Affects the red border on the preview picture which indicates the print area according to the print size cuttings. Indicates the current page. Each page contains a maximum of *8 pictures, touch ‘<’ for previous page, ‘>’ for next page, ‘<<’ for first page and ‘>>’ for last page. To print all the pictures from the media, press ‘+’ to add 1 quantity to every single loaded picture.
