Manufacturing baby and children's furniture since the mid ***0's
our company has an extensive amount of experience in the
industry.
Based in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand, we
predominantly use NZ Pine - a fabulous timber, for production of
our many items of furniture. However, if you require oak, beech,
rubberwood etc, we can also supply product in these
timbers.
In ***7 we were forced to close of NZ manufacturing facilities as
costs and our exchange rate were just to high to continue from our
wonderful country. However we continue to source as much of our
timber and ideas from here as we can.
Our new production plant is 2 hours drive north of Saigon in a new
industrial park and we have a dedicated production line
manufacturing **4 containers of products per week. We are happy to
supply our own range of products or can manufacture to your designs
if you need contract manufacturing.
On offer here is one of our most popular designs - our Sleigh Cot.
A range of stain colours (*6) is on offer or traditional gloss
white. We are happy to mix containers of different products (up to
*5 items) and can produce in up to 4 colour choices per item. This
really helps with your stock turn ratio. Visitors are also very
welcome to visit our factory to see production for themselves and
participate in QC etc.
