Brown Coconut Mattress Fiber

Description

 Brown coir fiber is obtained from fully coconut husk in wet condition. The process of fiber involves soking brown coconut husks in fresh water and combing on a pair of rotating spiked drums. Dirt and other rubbish are removed from the coir fiber by screening process and then dried in concrete floor before packing into bales.

Our coir fiber is mainly used for manufacturing the following products.

• Floor Mats
• Door Mats

• Cushions
• Upholstery and Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC)
• Rubberized Coir

Other uses of Coir Fiber (made from ripe coconut) are in upholstery padding, sacking and horticulture. 

White coir, harvested from unripe coconuts, is used for making finer brushes, string, rope and fishing nets.
