Description
The welding process of fin tube is controlled by PLC program, the
spindle motor and trolley motor are controlled by frequency
conversion, the pitch is controlled by microcomputer, the
resolution is 0.1mm, and the start-stop, sizing and automatic
unloading of program-controlled welding are adopted. After the end
of welding, the welding power supply high voltage can be stopped
slowly as required. The welding transformer and welding contact
head are moved by pneumatic system, and can be automatically
repositioned and reset. The driving car can return quickly and
automatically reduce the speed and return to the position. The
workpiece clamping and supporting adopt pneumatic system, and can
automatically support the finned tube. Break the belt, no belt,
chuck loose automatic stop protection. The gear cutting machine can
cut on the fin, and the width of the steel belt can be cut: *5 ~
