In ***7 , we imported spectrum analyzer from Germany and set up silicon colloidal medium-temperature precision cast iron production line. The building area for the first phase is about ***0 square meters and the initial monthly productivity is about ****0 tons. We can make precision foundry products from stainless steel, carbonic steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous steel, etc. At present, we can do various products , referring to auto parts, mechanical components, pump valve parts, building hardware, petrochemical industry, cooker accessory, bath accessory, medical instrument accessory and sports equipments accessory. The materials include **1, **2, **3, **4, **4L, **6, **6L, 1Cr*8Ni9Ti, **0, **0, ***5, ***4PH, ***8, ***0, *0NiCrMo, *2CrMo4 and non-magnetic stainless steel. The minimum weight of the casting we can do is 2g; the maximum weight is *0kg.The minimum casting space is 0.*5m,the thinnest casting we do is about 0.*5mm,the longest blind hole(diameter *0mm) is **0mm.
