The main loop of the product adopts the advanced half-bridge-inversion technology of soft switch PWM, whose unique constant current controlling circuit, multifunctional trigger circuit and the controlling circuit such as over-current and over-voltage protection etc. make it characterized by excellent constant current, narrow trigger pulse width, complete protecting function and powerful interface capability etc. The product is available for different types of carbon dioxide laser machines made by domestic and overseas manufacturers. connection explanation ： AC**0V：engage the alternating electrical source of **0V high voltage anode output: engage the anode of the laser tube cathode output: engage the cathode of the laser tube The six core connector on the panel is the synthetically controlling terminal of this electrical source: The foot 3 is the protecting contact of the water pump and the foot 4 is the normal close contact of the engaging stream switch. The foot 3 and 4 open circuit when the cooling water system have problems and the electrical source enter the protecting state and close the output. The foot 3 and 4 should be short circuit when the water pump is not used. Other terminal should be connected according to the customers� demand and the ideographic connection method could be referred to following explanation: 1）output current control： a．the connection using the potentiometer controlling the high voltage output current refer to Fig 1a b．the connection using the voltage between **5V output by the computer controlling the high voltage output current refer to Fig 1b 2） Manual testing switch connection are the two methods of foot 1 and 5. The user could choose one kind of (3 or 4 item) according to the TTL springing level mode. 3） the connection when the TTL low level springing control refer to Fig 2a (the manual testing switch engage to foot 2 and 6 at that time) 4） the connection when the TTL high level springing control refer to Fig 2b (the manual testing switch engage to foot 1 and 4 at that time) 5）PWM signal control the power of laser connection way: a) put the power supply foot 4 connect to controller socket earth wire, put foot 5 connect to socket PWM signal. b) connect the resistance of **0Ω/0.*5W between the socket of PWM signal.and *5v. c) adjust the PWM control pulse frequency to *0KHz (default) from software.
